Terms of Service

The following are the Terms of Service outlined for the ADL 3D Repository. By accessing the ADL 3D Repository, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. ADL will not disclose any personal information to other members or organizations that have hosted content within the ADL 3D Repository. This includes disclosure of the names of individuals who have applied for, whether accepted or denied, access to ADL Repositories.
2. ADL, at its sole discretion, may revoke your account at any time without prior notice to the user and without liability. This includes access to systems and files associated with your account. 3. ADL provides this service without fee to the public. Any aspect of the repository or its contents may be altered or deleted without notice, including provision to other ADL repositories, content areas, or products. ADL reserves the right (but shall have no obligation) to pre-screen, review, flag, filter, modify, refuse or remove any or all content from the ADL 3D Repository.

6. ADL will make a good faith effort to keep all content in an ADL 3D Repository in line with the terms of service and will remove content that violates as such in a timely manner. ADL is not responsible for content which violates the end user agreement. ADL is not responsible for accuracy of any content that appears in the ADL 3D Repository.
7. ADL does not endorse any product appearing in the ADL 3D Repository.
8. ADL may modify, disable, or remove the ADL 3D Repository, its functions, and/or content, including user submissions, at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

End User Agreement

As a user of the ADL 3D Repository, you agree to the following:

1. I will not upload any sensitive or classified information to the ADL 3D Repository. ADL is not responsible for sensitive or classified information becoming available to non-authorized individuals. I will report discovered sensitive or classified information to ADL in a timely manner to ensure its prompt removal.
2. I will not upload any form of malicious content to the ADL 3D Repository. I will not change content that has shared rights in any malicious way. I will not use the ADL 3D Repository as a means of data mining or collection of personal information.
3. The content in an ADL 3D Repository is made available through ADL 3D Repository contributors. I will respect their Intellectual Property and applicable content licenses.
4. My account username and password granting me access to the ADL 3D Repository is for my use alone. I will maintain this account information in strict confidence and shall not disclose it to any other party or allow any other party to access the ADL 3D Repository or to obtain any information from the ADL 3D Repository by use of the account. If my account information is disclosed to any other party, I will immediately inform ADL of such disclosure. I will be responsible for all action taken or arising out of a misuse of personal account information.
